A monument to the twin towers that fell on September 11, 2001. The building has 94 stories.

Towards the top of the tower is a small recreational and dining complex. During daytime it's mostly filled with public visitors to the observatory, but at night it's often frequented by office workers from the floors below, either stopping off before heading home or taking breaks between long evenings.
