The second oldest church on Statten Island, it holds a beautiful chapel that gave services for over 150 years. Recently, the Catholic Church decided to shutter it along with several other churches in the area. Although the local residents thought it would be saved, it was closed down at the last minute. Nevertheless, it is still busy during the day with maintenance work.
This is the primary meeting place for the Sabbat and the Church of Caine. The Bishop makes his residence here, and holds sermons, provides a variety of social services to vampires, and opens the church for meetings when needed. Although Statten Island Sabbat can be rougher than even the Anarchs of Brooklyn, St. Mary's is considered hallowed ground, and works as a kind of Elysium where all are welcomed.
