Anarch Tremere Chantry

Private property owned by the Anarch Tremere who have broken off their bonds with the Pyramid. This location is heavily warded to protect it from accidental or malicious discovery.
The property itself is quite large with the house proper standing in the middle of greenery, all enclosed by a brick and metal fence as well as a tall arborvitae fence to serve as a privacy screen.
In the backyard/garden there is a larger shack, as well as a pool and hot tub, the latter two protected by a bamboo privacy fence. To the side is a parkway leading up to a separate two-car garage.
The two-story house's first floor/ground floor holds all the essentials for normal human life, living room, kitchen, dining room, bathroom, laundry room, recreation room, et cetera.
The floor above, connecting to the previous floor via staircase and elevator, holds the resident's bedrooms which also double as individual studies. Otherwise the second floor/first floor holds a larger, open room with access to the attic and a balcony. Part of the room has been sectioned off and turned into a cave-like environment with care station for the resident bat swarm.
Below ground the first basement level holds the Tremere's laboratory, workshop, armory, storage and ritual rooms.
The basement floor below that is a large open room with rows and rows of shelves, lined with ancient tomes and other, more mundane books. In the middle of the labyrinth of bookshelves is a small nest of couches and a low table, perfect for studying. There is also a smaller section of the room to the side holding the equipment, monitors and servers for the CCTV security system.
Connecting both basement levels and the two floors above, is an elevator, that at first glance might appear like a smaller storage room. There have been some modifications, hiding the buttons that would lead to the basement, so that only the Tremere have access to it.
